Appointment Confirmation Policy

To accommodate you better and ensure we are maximizing our team’s time to see more patients in need, we have implemented the following appointment confirmation policy.

Here’s how it will work:

  • 5 days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email and text message reminder to make sure the appointment still works with your schedule. If not, we encourage you to call us to reschedule.
  • 3 days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email and text message reminder with a request to confirm your appointment.
  • 2 days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email and text message reminder with a request to confirm your appointment.
  • 1 day prior to your appointment – If you have not yet confirmed your appointment, you will receive a text message from our practice, asking you to confirm your appointment by 4pm. Unconfirmed appointments will be released so that another pet can be scheduled.

The goal of this policy is to increase our availability to treat pets in need.

New Client Deposit

To schedule your pets first appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $75 must be paid at the time of scheduling. This deposit secures your 30 minute appointment spot. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 12 hour notice fir that deposit to either be used to secure your new appointment time spot or to refund back to you. Deposits are not refundable or transferrable for same day cancellations or no shows.
